Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative.

We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance via email and a covering letter enclosed with the return.

We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this. Sizing charts appear in all catalogues and on our online size charts and are extremely accurate.

Delivery:

Please allow 7 days for delivery, although most items are delivered next day. It will be worth it! All orders are posted by first class signed for Royal mail recorded delivery. This includes tracking.

Orders are sent out in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.
